These compressors are
specifically intended for helium operation.
There are two
compressors, designed to be operated in sequence to compress atmospheric helium
to standard cylinder pressure for storage (2500 psi).
These compressors are part of a helium liquefaction system and were operating when decommissioned. The entire system was taken out of use not because of function, but because the cost of operating the helium liquefaction system became too high relative to its use.
We can sell the compressors as is, or we can assemble into a complete unit, test them, and supply a functional helium capture and storage unit.
