General Purpose Portable Vacuum Station

This is a movable diffusion pumped high vacuum station that supplies 10^-7 torr pressures in user-specified chambers on a work surface that has full access from all sides and from above.  An easily operated interlocked control panel operates the system that features fast pumpdown and negligible vibration in a compact (23"W, 33"L, 36"H)  sturdy wheeled cart.
